AI-powered automation for personal care manufacturing

Short runs, frequent color and fragrance changeovers, packaging defects and new FDA cosmetic requirements add up to a lot of repetitive work. NuruState takes it off your team.

Where repetitive work piles up

Color, fragrance and format changeovers

Shades, scents and pack sizes multiply SKUs, and each switch means cleaning and setup time between runs.

Packaging defects

Wrong labels, low fills, loose caps and damaged packs escape manual inspection and come back as returns and complaints.

Complaint and adverse event records

Consumer complaints have to be reviewed and recorded, and serious adverse events now have reporting obligations.

Shift coverage

Filling and packing lines depend on full crews, and absences hit output directly.

Regulatory context

The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA) introduced facility registration, product listing, safety substantiation and serious adverse event reporting for cosmetics, and directs FDA to set good manufacturing practice requirements. Products that are also drugs, such as sunscreens, antiperspirants and anti-dandruff shampoos, are made under drug cGMP rules.

NuruState does not provide legal or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for compliance in your facility; we work within the procedures your quality team already owns.
